Electricity consumption is billed at HK$1.70 per meter unit, with a refundable electric deposit of HK$1000. For added convenience, we offer furniture leasing options at HK$55 monthly per item (desk, chair, pedestal) and IP Phones for rent at HK$200 each month. Our leasing terms require a minimum commitment of 6 months, along with a 2-month security deposit and 1-month advance payment. Additionally, members receive non-cumulative meeting room credits equivalent to 2 hours per workspace per month, redeemable across various Nexen locations.
